The Cayenne caused outrage among Porschephiles when it first appeared, but it’s been a sales smash beyond the company’s wildest dreams. These days it’s less awkward to look at than it used to be, sharper than ever to drive and available with some fantastic engines. Even if you don’t agree with the car subjectively, objectively it’s hard to criticise.
